We read everything and reply to most messages within a few days. Things we are especially glad to hear about:

• An X limit that no longer matches what you see in the app.
• A profession or role you would like templates for.
• A template that reads awkwardly or doesn't fit once you fill it in.
• Anything on the site that doesn't work with your browser or screen reader.

We can't help with X account problems such as locked accounts, lost passwords or verification. For those, X's own Help Center is the place to go. We are not affiliated with X Corp. and have no access to anyone's account.

Please don't send passwords, codes or other private account details by email.
